Touristically, the city on the Aschberg offers excellent hiking and winter sports opportunities. The calendar of events is full of exciting sporting events and cultural highlights. Moreover, the city has a number of sights, museums and recreational facilities. On the paths of the Panel Trail, you can experience the successful history of the music and winter sports city continuously: Starting at the Dr. Giers-Haus with tourist information and the music and winter sports museum, the circular trail leads along an easily accessible route to historically important points around Klingenthal’s city centre. Information panels provide detailed insights into historical aspects, show historical pictures, direct the eye to sights of urban development or open the view to the scenic beauty of the Ringing Valley.
